Service Details
The problem with meal prep is that it takes the entire Sunday and you still end up eating sad containers of rice by Thursday.
A weekly chef visit changes the equation. The chef arrives on a nominated day, spends three to four hours cooking a structured week of meals tailored to your household, labels everything clearly, and leaves. You open the fridge each evening and there is actual food waiting.
Meals are planned around your preferences, portion requirements, and any dietary restrictions. The chef handles the grocery shopping as part of the service, so you do not need to think about it. A brief weekly message confirms the menu before the visit.
What a typical week looks like
A household of two might receive two proteins cooked two ways each, three or four vegetable dishes, a batch of grains or legumes, a soup, and two or three snacks. Everything is designed to work as standalone meals or combine into different plates across the week, so day five does not feel like a repeat of day one.
Dietary approaches covered
- Omnivore with no restrictions
- Vegetarian or vegan
- Low-carbohydrate or grain-free
- Allergy-specific (gluten, dairy, tree nuts, and others)
- Sports nutrition focused
The chef is not a nutritionist and will not prescribe a plan, but they will cook accurately to whatever framework you are following.
Oleander Fitch, client of six months: I stopped thinking about dinner entirely. That alone was worth it.
